It’s time for a musical (sorry Barry).

First Tuesday host Kitty Hagerman is proud to present “Singin’ in the Rain,” which is on the America Film Institute’s 100 best movie list, ranked number 10 overall and number 1 musical.

The plot revolves around the movie industry’s coming of age with the introduction of the “talkie.”

It has great songs, the most fabulous dancing ever, romance, and comedy. You’ll see Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor, and newcomer Debbie Reynolds at their best. Bring your own drink and we’ll provide the popcorn and an evening of good old - fashioned entertainment.

Join us at 7:00 PM in the Judith Minty Room on the second floor of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts for a lively viewing and conversation.
