Carol Bennett Memorial Scholarship
The Carol Bennett Memorial Scholarship is worth up to $1,500 for 2021. Ludington Writers is encouraging local graduating high school seniors to apply. Applications, including a writing sample, are due March 15th.
Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Ludington Writers occasionally hosts workshops and retreats. Workshops are run by published authors from outside of the Ludington area. Special consideration for the residencies are given to graduate students finishing a degree in creative writing. During this short summer residency, authors typically lead a workshop (requiring registration) and formal presentation (open to the public).
In response to COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, and in the interest of continuing our support of writers, we would like to support virtual live literary events.
